The Redwood
Redwood I will personally work on your business ensuring you have implemented everything you need, in order to prepare your business for third party audits and industry accreditations. All admin processes will be reviewed and if necessary improved, so your business is functioning as productively and efficiently as possible. Giving you peace of mind whilst saving you time and money. This Package will cost £840 per month.
- 6 dedicated hours per month. All recorded and shared following each meeting.
- 6 hours of additional time dedicated to working on client business and follow the project plan.
- Full review of current company procedures, documentation, policies, and processes.
- Full instructions and training provided in each meeting for company Director and team (if applicable).
- Project forecast for the company established, shared, and agreed to by both parties.
- Specific tasks and actions agreed at the end of each Zoom call to be completed before the next meeting.
- Access to policies, procedures and company documentation as required.
- Emergency 24 hours telephone support (separate emergency line provided).
- Support provided in between diarised meetings via WhatsApp and email, all enquiries to be responded to typically within 4 working hours.
- A comprehensive service for all your Administrational, Operational, Health & Safety and HR needs.
- Full implementation of new processes, policies, and documentation along with training to be carried out by Arborella.
- Total hours typically included = 14 hours per month (including zoom calls). Any additional hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
The Oak
OAK I will work with you to tackle the administration blockages in your company. Together we will follow the process of the Four I’s and implement compliant documentation to ensure you are prepared for accreditations such as SMAS, CHAS, Arb Association, Constructionline GOLD. This Package will cost £600 per month.
What is included?
- 6 dedicated hours per month. All recorded and shared following each meeting.
- Full review of current company procedures, documentation, policies, and processes.
- Full instructions and training provided in each meeting for the company Director and team (if applicable).
- Project forecast for the company established, shared, and agreed to by both parties.
- Specific tasks and actions agreed between you and Aborella at the end of each Zoom call.
- A comprehensive service for all Operational, Administrational, Health & Safety and HR needs.
- Access to policies, procedures and company documentation templates as required.
- Support provided in between diarised meetings via email and WhatsApp. All correspondence will be typically responded to within 48 working hours.
- Total hours typically included = 10 hours per month (including zoom calls). Any additional hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
The Rowen
Rowen I will empower you to create a robust quality management system. Our meetings will provide you with all you need to ensure you have a system ready for an administrator to carry out your back-office duties. These improvements will help with those day-to-day headaches, improve your productivity, and ultimately save you money. This Package will cost £360 per month.
- Zoom calls – 4 dedicated hours per month. All recorded and shared following each meeting.
- Full review of current company procedures, documentation, policies, and processes.
- Full instructions and training provided in each meeting for company Director and team (if applicable).
- Project forecast for the company established, shared, and agreed to by both parties.
- Specific tasks and actions to be carried out by you. The tasks you need to do will be agreed at the end of each Zoom call.
- Support provided between meeting via email and WhatsApp. All correspondence will typically be responded to within 48 working hours.
- A comprehensive service for all your Operational, Administrational, Health & Safety and HR needs.
- Total hours are typically 6 hours per month (including zoom calls) and requires minimum 3 months to complete the project.
ADHOC
ADHOC Do you need our help with specific tasks and you’re not looking at a long term project? Then why not book in some time with us so you can tell us what you need. We can put your plans into action to get the job done.
All additional hours required over and above the hours quoted in the each package will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
When we come to the end of our project, you will have the option to continue with the current service on a new project, upgrade to a new package or downgrade to the Nurture Service.
