Sophie Rogers – Director
I have worked in the Arboricultural Industry since early 2016 and have almost 20 years’ experience in leadership roles.
Since working in arboriculture, I’ve recognised this industry can be tough, especially for new businesses. The pressure on business owners is enormous and it can sometimes be difficult to get industry specific support.
I created Arborella Consultancy Ltd to be the administration support for your business. With our experience, we can support you by sharing the load, help get over the hurdles you face on a day to day basis and create a better business for you, your clients and your team.
Harriet Rogers – Company Manager
I joined Arborella in mid July 2024 to support the company in establishing a Virtual Assistance service. Since this time i have successfully created, implemented and established the Virtual Assistance branch of the business. I work with some amazing businesses in the industry, providing bespoke support to ensure the Director has the time to spend working “on” their business instead of “in” their business.
I have worked as an Arboricultural Assistant since July 2020. In that time I have carried out nearly every back office task possible. I have a real passion for working with the financial tasks and enjoy analysing the numbers to see where our clients can save money.
