Each package will receive a typical amount of hours for you to use as you see fit. Every company is different and will have different needs.
Redwood Package: Typically 14 hours of support per month for £840 + VAT
Oak Package: Typically 10 hours of support per month for £600+VAT
Rowen Package: Typically 6 hours of support per month for £360+VAT
